For the above to be good and true, you need to make sure that you keep the following fundamentals in mind during your hair styling sessions:

Patience, practice and persistence is key in getting to grips with your hair styling tool. Nothing great happens overnight.

Understand your styler well before use. Do not rush to use it after watching some random online video.

Sectioning is the base for any and every great hair style. The better the sectioning the better the results.
- Random sectioning gives your random results.
- Grip is key. Not too tight, But not too loose.
- Hold is fundamental. Hold the straightener one inch away from the plates in a tight grip.
- The right speed of straightening is instrumental. Too fast and you land with a lot of frizz. Too slow and you have roasted hair.
So remember, well-sectioned hair, straightened at the right speed with the right grip gives you poker straight results. This is the gospel truth for great hair straightening and hair styling.
Steps to straighten your hair:

Make sure your hair are dry. Section and pinup your hair based on the type of hair style you want to achieve.
- Use the comb after straightener technique.
- Test try one section of your hair on medium temperature of 180-200°C. Then based on the effect and result desired increase or decrease the temperature for the rest of the styling.
- Take 2.5 inch flat sections and grip them with the straightener and glide them in between the plates. Go gradual. Not too slow. Not too fast. Gradual because you need to give time for the heat to style/straighten your hair.
- Repeat the section if required, especially from half of the hair to the tips of the hair.
- Repeat the process across all sections.
- Check for unevenness in between sections and grip them in between the plates and straighten those random and uneven parts.
- Glide the ends of all your hair once at a slow speed to lock in the straightening results.
Remember, repeated straightening of a section means repeated heat exposure, heat damage and stress and strain on hair.
So the idea is to work correctly on each section and get it right the first time itself. If you don't get it right the first time you are damaging your hair more than styling them.

While we have taken care and exercised every precaution to make sure it is as perfect as you are, there could be a chance of electrical components and parts letting us down.
That’s why we protect all our styling tools with a one-year warranty against manufacturing and workmanship defects.
- Your styler plates, plastic parts which are closer to the plates are bound to get hot after prolonged usage. Take necessary care to avoid scalds and burns.
- Use the styler on 100% dry hair only. This is not a hair drying tool and should not be used with wet hair.
- This is a high-heat professional grade styling iron. Do not use it on hair wigs and extensions unless they are certified to be heat resistant.
- Do no wrap the power cord around the styler. This can damage the power cord in the long run and affect the working of the styler.
- Keep plates clean at all times. The best way to clean the plates is to clam a damp towel in between the plates and glide through while the plates get cleaned. Do not attempt to insert your fingers in between the plates for cleaning when hot. Use a towel or a thick cloth only.
- Let the styler cool down completely before travel and storage. Do not risk even the lightest heat during storage.
- Do not use the styler for anything apart from straightening human hair.
- Do not attempt to open, service or repair the product. Any such attempt shall null and void the warranty provided by the brand.
- The styler has a 60-minute auto shutoff for your safety. However, it is advised to switch off the styler immediately after use. Prolonged unused power-on automatically reduces the life of the circuitry and other components of the styler.
- With time, products and natural oils from your hair can get deposited on the straightener plates. Do not attempt to scratch-clean any chemical layers, products, or any other deposits from the plates. Any physical damages are not covered under warranty.
