Although the bristles look chunky and thick, they are soft and hollow made using the flexi-hollow

Remember there two things:
1. Do not try to use the brush on dry hair unless you are sure of what you are doing or have

How to use:
1. Wet your hair
2. Apply shampoo to the scalp and spread it nominally with your fingers
3. Use the shampoo brush is small circular motion and let it lather
4. For deep cleaning of the scalp and the hair shaft:
a. Bend your head down with shampoo on
b. Brush with medium pressure from the base of the hair to the tip in straight brushing
strokes.
